Google Earth -- ReaL WorlD GeometrY
Today we will be taking a journey around the world. We will be looking at uniquely shaped buildings and landmarks and calculating surface area and volume.
You will need to DO several things before beginning your journey around the globe.
1. Download the Worksheet that you will be filling in your calculations and answers.
2. Open the document and Save it as Your Name and Geometric Solids.

3. Download the Google Earth File for the lesson here:

4. Double Click the download. This will open up Google Earth. Click Login and you are ready to go! In Places click the drop down arrow next to "Geometric Solids.kmz" Click on Geometric Solids to view and READ the overview. Then click the drop down menu. For each location you must double click to get to your location.

6. Complete the worksheet.
